WHAT:
YetiCon is a two-day community-driven Old School 93/94 Magic The Gathering event held annually by the Rocky Mountain Yetis Old School Group in Denver/Lakewood, Colorado. All proceeds from the event after expenses are paid will be donated to charity (more information below).

This year, YetiCon 5 passes will be sold in two flavors:
- One Day Pass (Little Yeti); or
- Two Day Pass (The Sasquatch).
WHEN:
- Day 1: Friday, November 6, 2026 – Doors Open at 12pm – Close at 11pm.
- Day 2: Saturday, November 7, 2026 – Doors Open at 12pm – Close at 1am.
Friday will include 3 different tournaments with prizes and raffle for:
- Cube (Drafts will begin at 12pm and fire when pods fill)
- Sorcery Contested Realm @ 3pm
- Premodern @ 3pm
- 5/6 rounds + Cut to Top 8
- Please arrive 30 minutes early to check in
- The tournament will be ran on Melee.gg. A registration link will be emailed to those who register.
- All players will receive a stamped premodern participation card
- Top 16 will receive an additional stamped premodern prize card
- 1 Spice Master award will be given out
- Deck construction follows the official Premodern rules, with gold-bordered (World Champion, Collector Edition, International Collector Edition) and all prior YetiCon promos (other than death errata’d cards) allowed. These cards do not count towards the proxy count.
- 5 years of YetiCon = 5 Proxies allowed!
Saturday Main Event will include tournament with prizes and raffle for:
- 12pm start time
- 93/94 Gentleman’s Club Format
- Atlantic Base
- You will be allowed to run 0-4 strip mines. For every strip mine you include in your deck beyond the first two, you must remove either Library of Alexandria, Mind Twist, and/or Ancestral Recall from your deck. You may not include these cards, once removed, in your sideboard.
- Mountain Yeti is errata’d to have 4 power and 4 toughness.
- 6-7 rounds straight swiss (no Top 8)
- 5 Years = 5 Proxies allowed. All prior YC promotional cards (other than death errata’d cards) are legal and do not count towards the proxy count.
- Lunch and Dinner included (Saturday only).
WHERE:
- YetiCon is closed to the public and location details will be shared with participants once signed up. If you have a significant other who would like to attend please let us know.

SPECIAL NOTES:
Two charity raffles (one each day) will be held with tickets purchasable on site. Tickets can be purchased with Cash/Venmo/Paypal.
- If you are interested in donating an item for the charity raffle either day, please bring it with you!

- We will randomly select raffle winners after the swiss rounds have concluded to allow for a break in the action.
ORB FLIP CONTEST: We will hold an orb flip contest at the end of the main event. Practice those flips!
